Wikileaks Website Publishes Anomalous government officials misconduct

It was reported tonight in TV Patrol ABS-CBN news that the Wikileaks website has published an article containing anomalous transactions and misconduct of Philippine officials including former Philippine president Fidel V. Ramos accusing him of receiving funds from Libyan leader, Muammar Gaddaffi. Wikileaks is a website that publishes and comments on leaked documents alleging government and corporate misconduct from all parts of the world.
