There are rumors that Bob Arum wants Manny Pacquiao to go against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr who is a legitimate fighter in the 156 pound division in super welterweight while Pacman on the other hand is a fighter who can assume 156 pounds but is comfortable in fighting for the 140 -147 pound division.
Now, we all know that for a fighter to be in the perfect condition before a fight, he has to gain weight and then later on loose it through rigid training down to his comfortable fighting weight.
