It was reported tonight in a local TV news network, TV Patrol – ABS-CBN channel 2 on May 19, 2011 that Pacquiao vs Marquez III is on. This is due because according to reports, Juan Manuel Marquez already signed the binding contract conditions for the said fight to pursue.

On the other hand, if you ask about the first two fights between Marquez and Pacquiao, the first one was where a split draw came up while in the second fight, Pacquiao was said to have won in a controversial fight over Marquez.
