The cash remittance industry is probably the most and biggest earning industry today in India, Philippines and other Asian countries. This is true because these countries have the biggest labor force outside of their country and this has caused remittance to be the top grosser in any Asian country so far.
An important fact that leads us to think this way is because of the data provided in some charts from these countries themselves. Also, there is the undeniable truth that Asian countries take out the biggest part of their labor force to send them to the other countries who are looking to fill in shortage in manpower in certain industries on their part.
This not just made cash remittance as the number one source for $ earning schemes by any Asian country today and this fact cannot recover from becoming the absolute truth as long as this situation and relation between Asian countries and Western countries exist. This labor relation is the employer-employee relation where the employer are mostly the western countries and the employee are the Asian poor countries who cannot accommodate their own professionals in their country.
