If you live in the city of pines and you are on your way to apply for a passport, you won’t have to come to Metro Manila to do that. All you have to do is to visit the branch of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Baguio. From there, you can get the passport application form, requirements, renewal requirements and more.

from laoac pangasinan po ako tanong ko lang po sana kung ano ung mga requirements for applying passport kc yung pinsan ko po ang sabi nya 2valid ids, nso birth certificate, nbi, at cenomar..co;pleto na po ako don pero gusto ko parin po kc makasigurado..

hello isang valid id or old school id
nso b-certificate see to it that your complete name is clear ,else you need to get your local b-certificate and let it be authenticate sa nso.
taz ung 2supporting document mu nbi at form i37 of otr un lang walang kwenta yang barangay police clearance na yan kac isang category lang yan kasama na jan ang nbi .

All passport application in any DFA branch is via online reservation system which means you will have to opt in for a DFA passport online reservation system.
