Since last week, April 2, I’d been calling the Philippine mission in Geneva about renewal of passport. As of today, April 10, I get the same reply, the system is still not available, please call tomorrow.
It is frustrating that this basic service of Philippine mission is left unattended this long. I even took a leave just for this.

sir/madam;
nag pa apooinment po ako ng renew passport sa dfa manila nitong apr 13 sabado..
pag dating ko po doon di kopo na xerox yong 1st page pala ang na xerox ko lang yong 2nd page..

ang sabi kc nang ng front desk doon di daw pede ang sabi ko nman sa manila ako naka appointment..

diba pede na tignan yon sa account nila?

nakakainis lang kasi di man lang ako na entertain ng lalake na front desk doon. cp nya pa ang inuuna porket ba mahihirap lang ba?

kaya nag appointment ulit ako kaso sa may 7 na ulit sayang kasi ang mga araw..

dapat diba pag ganyan ina assest kami lalo pag mga walang alam pa tulad di yong BASTA NA LANG SASABIHIN NA KULANG YAN BUMALIK KA NALANG
DI KAM LANG TINANONG KONG ANU ANG KULAN AT MAY PALIWANAG NA MAGANDA? tama ba yong desisiyon nang front desk kahit di man lang nya na tignan sa account ng dfa manila? o ako talaga ang may pagkukulang?

Have a good day i would like to ask some info.where i must to go legalized the paper or birth certificate of my son to be valid in another country. like in Europe.his father is from lithunia and his father want that baby birth certificate will be legalizes in Philippines so that he can use in lithunia.thank u hope to hear from u soom.

good afternoon po gusto ko po sanang ikuha ng passport ang mother and father ko kaya lng po wl po sila preho ng birth certificate from NSO..Yung father ko po my certification sya n galing sa National Archives Of The Philippines pero ang mother ko po ay wala.Ano po b ang dapat kong gawin par maikuha ko sila pareho ng Passport…
