How Much is Passport Fee in DFA?
Regular Processing (ePass) Electronic Passport – Passport fee / charges is Php 950.00 and if you are asking how long it will take to process your passport, it takes about 20 working days to finish it before it is handed over to you.
Expedite Processing Passport Fee is Php 1200.00 and it will take at least 10 working days to finish the processing of your passport. If you are asking how much it will cost or the fees for lost passport, an additional fee of Php 200.00 will be charged for processing of Lost Passports if it is still valid.

requirements to get a passport are NBI clearance,baptismal,postal I.D,NSO birth certificate..
