2009 MTV Video Music Awards – Michael Jackson Tribute
The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards served as the official tribute to the King of Pop Michael Jackson. It was actually the opening that paved the way for all participants and awardees to see the spectacular moment served for the pop music icon.
His sister Janet Jackson appeared on the event and gave way for the event light. Later on that evening, the MVA awards snatched by Taylor Swift was shed with controversy with Kanye West taking Taylor Swift’s moment of thanking the people behind her win on the Video Music Awards by MTV.
The MTV- VMA red carpet was also featured in a live streaming video. Russel Brand also announced Video of The Year nominees. On the other hand, the VMA 2009 playlist included performances by Boyonce, Jay-Z, Lady Gaga and more.
