The Black Nazarene Feast, a yearly event that devotees celebrate by joining the procession of literally millions of Pinoys, each of them looking to wipe any part of the Nazarene of Quiapo church. A couple of years back, the Black Nazarene already came with replicas in different places and provinces in the Philippines to cater to doing and celebrating the same festival event in respective localities. One of which I believe is in Cagayan de Oro. (see photo of the procession below taken from manilenio.com)

Black Nazarene Feast 2012 Quiapo Procession
The move was actually to help ease out the flock of devotees of the Black Nazarene in the procession and eventually avoid stampede and casualties. Today, January 9, 2012 is the date of the celebration and a live stream of the event is currently being featured at the same time.
On the other hand, for those who are looking to see the live event, you can try to stay tuned to ABS-CBN Kapamilya Network. The Black Nazarene Feast 2012 and procession of devotees actually pool in a diversity of tourists who take interest in seeing the historical event on a yearly basis in Quiapo, Manila.
Simultaneously, Cagayan de Oro (CDO) and Manila police are both prepared for whatever event mishaps might happen anytime inbetween the procession of the Nazareno as reported in the official website of ABS-CBN news.
