Good day! I would just like to inquire if a person who already closed his citibank credit cards can avail of a credit card again? A few years back I had a financial set back which forced me to close my credit card. But now I am financially capable again, and was wondering if i can avail of your card since your bank has been one of the best banks worldwide.
I currently have my current and dollar account with BDO, and has been in and out of the country the last few years….
I hope you can find time to answer my inquiries…
Hello Raquel,
Of course you can but I am not sure if you could do that with the same bank. With other banks? Sure you can. My tip is if you still want to get one from the bank where your account was closed, you should deposit to them at least 30k. Next more would be to go to the nearest credit card agency. This way, it would be easier to get another card provided that you are presently employed or have a legitimate business running. You are going to need your pay slip from which your credit line will be based.

I am a credit card holder for years now and I am almost on time with my payment except when I do not receive the statement. I have 2 times missed my payment due to : no statement received or delayed statement. Is it because the delivery man comes and no one is the house to receive the mail ? I HATE TO PAY PENALTIES .I want to pay on time. Like now I do not know how much to pay . I tried calling Citibank’s telephone but they give so many instructions witch a simple man can not comprehend . Why not back to the Citibank Officer who can give a personal instruction ? Thank you.
