i just completed paying my monthly obligation to a pensioner loan i secured for 12 months. 3 days before the lending company is suppose to give me back my pensioner atm card, i notice a withdrawal in in account through POS megalink. As far as I know this kind of withdrawal means that my atm was used to purchase something from a store accepting atm card as payment for goods purchased using my atm card. My question is: is there any other means to withdraw money, especially not a whole number. Where can I report/complain this matter. Thank you so miuch for any information you can give me.
