You can read here on what to do with unpaid credit card bills. Please do note that if your intentions are to pay your outstanding unpaid credit card balance in a staggard basis, you may do so by talking to the bank authorities and possibly giving them a letter of intent. Do note that you must not, in all cases change your home / residence address or office address at any time without informing the bank authorities. This will only make your case worse as the bank may hold you for fraud on a case to case basis.
