GSIS - UMID eCard

I have previously posted basic information regarding the ecard or GSIS UMID card otherwise known also as the universal multipurpose ID and since then, people come over to visit and ask using my comments section regarding details on how to apply or where to download the enrollment / application form.

The UMID is an all in one identification card for members of SSS, GSIS, Pag-Ibig Fund and Philhealth. Using just this one ID, any member can make inquiry in available kiosks using it and get details from loans, loan balance, member contribution and other static information.
