That is an old saying that no one still ever believe.

There are lots of health benefits to our body in drinking as many glasses of water in a day.  And it surely helps.

From UTI, to forming kidney stones to reducing createnine level.  And many other health benefits.

Drinking lots of water also gives you a healthy skin.

With regards to have healthy heart, water helps in preventing heart attacks.  With the young generation into sodas and alcohols, we are neglecting what our lifestyle does to our heart.

  • 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal – helps digestion
  • 1 glass of water before taking a bath – helps lower blood pressure
