Spirulina is actually just for dietary supplement. It is good for kids who had low apetite and it so happened that my daughter who just turned 17 is currently taking this. Now, me and my wife is going to be going through the detox diet protocol of Healing Galing wherein we will be taking in on regular meals, 2 glasses of cooked boiled camote, saba or lugaw.

Every hour inbetween meals, we are to take only 1 glass of raw vegetables in equal parts with water and blended or placed on a blender. Every after meals, we can skip an hour if we feel heavy on the 2 glasses of raw veggies and fruits combination. Avoid putting in veggies and fruits that have large quantities of seeds as this will further develop acidity in the stomach.
