Call Center Hiring

In the last few months this year in Philippines 2009, Call Center Hiring has increased. Proof to this turnaround by call center agent hopefulls has been dramatically seen in recently held job fairs by jobsdb and jobstreet. These are 2 of the largest call center hiring and other jobs center is Asia particularly in the Philippines today.

Just last year, as mentioned in some reports, the call center industry in the Philippines suffered a major setback as the call center directory suddenly lost a few BPO and outsourcing companies on their list. This is because according to the business owners and investors that since the global crisis brought them to live with less clients, they will have to either make cost-cutting moves or totally run out of business.

This has been what it is for a few months and now, call center hiring has gain resumed to a high level because the crisis brought companies from other countries to seek a lesser cost venue and the Philippines has become one of the top destinations for them. I hope this continues as we experience very little changes so far in employing Filipinos in the call centers in the Philippines.
