If you are looking for jobs in Canada, the best first place that you can look for it is in POEA. We all know that the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) is the best authority when matters of jobs and employment abroad such as for Canada is concerned.

In fact, early this year, it was announced in the news by the President of the Philippines that there will be more POEA jobs for Canada. This will number up to about 25,000 jobs waiting for Pinoy OFWs who want to work abroad. It is posted in the official website of the POEA as well as in major newspapers in the country.

The jobs offered by the Canadian embassy is part of building up a relationship with this country by the Philippine government. The only question is perhaps when will these jobs be generated knowing that it was announced early this year and Filipinos are hoping they can grab a job or two in Canada and take advantage of this program.

Job Description:

1. Understand and perform the Hemodialysis procedure skillfully with the use of
Fresenius Machine. ( Model 4008B).
2. Perform through patient assessment: pre and post dialysis assessment and
efficient monitoring of patient while dialysis is ongoing.
3. Hook and unhook a patient to and from the dialysis machine thru AV fistula
shunt, and graft carefully and aseptically.
4. Promote patient and immediate relatives health education.
5. Obtain blood samples and culture specimen as ordered.
6. Assist Nephrologists/TCV surgeon in the insertion of femoral, subclavian and
intajugular catheter.
7. Remove subclavian, intrajugular and femoral catheter using aseptic technique
as ordered.
8. Recognize charges in patient and make necessary adjustment in their therapy.
9. On call duty for emergency patients requiring immediate hemodialysis treatment.
10. Anticipate patients’ needs regarding the adverse effects of hemodialysis and
other relte illness.
11. Reprocess bloodline tubing and dialyzer as directed.
12. Train newly hired nurse.

1. Assess plan and evaluate patient care.
2. Provide comprehensive nursing care based on standard practice.
3. Plan direct coordinate the nursing care of patients and the quality management
of the unit.
4. Support and uphold the philosophy and objectives of the unit in nursing

6. Observe interpersonal relationship professionally with all health team member

We are looking for someone to get Kids ready in the morning, prepare and clear up the family’s breakfast, make the beds, and take the children to school.

The Au Pair would then need to pick them up in the afternoon and look after the kids until we get back home from work.

We have a very hardworking cleaner, so there will not be any heavy housework. There is a bit of light cleaning and laundry so there would be more free time in the day to go to language school if applicable.

Au-pair Accommodation:
The Au Pair would have her own room, which is huge, and has a double bed, with sitting area and TV/DVD/Video/Hi Fi. There is wireless broadband internet in the house. The Au Pair will have access to a personal car to run around if he/she knows how to drive.

Working Hours:
07:30 to 09:00 and 1500 to 1900Plus about 50-80 minutes of housework a day to fit in with the Au Pair’s schedule. 22-28 hours a week.

Benefits:
The Au Pair will be paid a Weekly Salary of 650 Pounds and a pocket
