At the Land Transportation Office, it is proper to try to look for the right procedure when applying for a driver’s license. But if what you are after is the renewal of your existing or expired license, there is also a corresponding requirement for that particular case.

LTO Driver’s License Renewal Requirements

1. Current/Expired License Card
2. Medical Certificate (from LTO accredited or Government Physician) or valid AFP/PNP organic personnel ID
3. Drug Clearance Certificate (from an LTO accredited drug testing center)
4. Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)

kumuha ng student’s license anak ko three months ago. ngaun pa lang sya magapply for non-pro. ask ko lang kng pwede pa nya magamit ung student’s license nya? and magkano ang fees to get the non-pro license? kasi sabi nung isang pinagtanungan namin 2,500 daw eh nung ako ang kmuha dati, 750 lang. para alam ko kung magkano ang ipapadala kong pera sa anak ko. tyvm.
