Good day sir/madaam,

Im Christian Rey Chan from Cebu before and now residing at Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur
I write this letter because I want to ask help regarding my complicated driver’s license
kasi ung Nop-Pro license ko walang plastic at na process ko to Prof at na hold ung Prof ko
kasi walang plastic ang Non-pro, hindi ko alam na hindi pala pwede yun,ang hindi ko lang
maintindihan kung bakit pumayag ang LTO Talisay Cebu na i process ang non-prof ko to Prof
na in the 1st place sinabihan ko naman cla na walang plastic ang non-pro ko but still
continue parin ang process ng Prof license ko tapos ngayon ngka problema na wala na silang
mahanap na solution,ang sabi ng LTO TALISAY sa akin pumunta daw aq sa LTO Mandaue kung saan
ko kinuha ang Non-Pro License ko at doon ko e continue yun,pagdating ko doon sa LTO Mandaue
sabi nila hindi na daw ma continue ang Non-pro ko kasi na process na from non-prof to Prof,my question is,
what should I do?Hindi naman daw ako pwede bumalik sa SP kasi meron na daw akong record, They
deprive my right to drive and to live, kahit hindi driver trabaho natin pero kailangan parin tayong
mag drive but hindi pwede eh kasi I dont have Driver’s license,Driver’s license ang binayaran ko at
problema ang binigay sa akin.Ang laki na ng gastos ko kasi everytime i try to process my license again
they ask me a requirements like Drug test, Medical and etc. but still nothings happen,please and please
help me to solve this problem hindi ko na talaga alam anu ang gagawin ko, 5 years na po akong nag fight sa
license na to pero wala parin solution sana po ngayon meron na….maraming salamat po.
