Magkano po ba ang bayad para sa transfer of ownership ng private car at ano po ang mga kailangan dalhing documents for processing?

Yung mga gustong kumuha ng driver’s license sa LTO Las Pinas, ipinapa-alam ko sa inyo na sobrang dami ng fixers dito. Hindi ka pa halos nakakababa ng jeepney, hinaharang ka na ng mga fixers para makuha ka nilang kliyente.
Itong LTO Las Pinas ay isang pugad ng mga fixers. Kahit jumingle ka sa CR, may makakatabi kang fixer. In fact, mapapansin mo na sobrang dami ng tao dito kaya akala mo eh madaming nag-a-apply. Pero halos kalahati ng mga nakatambay dito ay fixer. Pati yung mga opisyales sa loob mismo nung LTO ay fixer din.
Tandaan nyo lamang na yung binayad mo sa fixer eh para hindi ka na mag written or practical exam. Yun lang. Wag mong asahan na mabilis kang makakatapos dahil pipila ka rin. Hindi naman ipa-priority sa pila yung papel mo. Sa written exam, may marka na yung mga sagot. Kukulayan mo na lang. Sa practical exam naman, tatagain ka ulit ng suhol (bayad daw dun sa test vehicle), pero ito ay walang resibo. Pag nagbayad ka, pasado ka na. Kahit bulag nga eh pumapasa sa practical exam dito sa LTO Las Pinas. Kung nagmamatigas kang wag magbayad ng suhol, hahanapan ka ng butas sa driving test mo. Sisiguraduhin nilang babagsak ka. Maha-hassle ka tiyak. Naghihintay ng lagay ang mga ito.
Kung nagka-problema ka sa isang fixer, wag ka nang magreklamo sa window ng LTO dahil kakutsaba din ng mga fixer ito. Yung empleyado na si Rachel sa Window 2 and 4, fixer yan. Nanghihingi yan ng lagay para bumilis yung processing ng papeles mo. Yung supervisor nilang si Boyet sa may examination room, fixer din yan. Siya ang magbibigay sayo ng test paper na meron nang sagot. Walang empleyado dito sa LTO Las Pinas na hindi fixer.

i incurred double license. kasi po yung license ko nung 2005 pina renew ko sa broker ng Burgos Ilocos Norte. all the while HINDI pala niRENEW instead kumuha sya ng BAGONG license…until then hindi ko pa nakukuha yung PVC license pero papel palang hawak ko hanggang mag expired nasa 2008. then when I tried to renew my license in laoag city, dun ko na lang po nalaman na double license na po ako..pano po maresolve ang case ko?
