just want a follow-up on my door-to-door package that i sent last january 4.it’s been almost three weeks and my husband haven’t received it yet. it was originated in hong kong bound for manila.said in your ads that it will only take 8-10 days and i’m even sending it to the city….please look into it asap because really, you don’t deserve that ‘hari ng padala’ title if these things happen.thank you.
I am following up my door to door package sent to the Philippines from Norfolk Virignia sent February 24 2011. Up tp now, July 13, it has not arrived , package was addressed to Tarangnan Samar. Its been almost 5 months!!! FIVE MONTHS!!! Please let me know where the box is now?
i just want to follow up my CENOMAR (certificate of no marriage) this transaction was process last APRIL 14,2011.with the tracking number 168374..tomorrow it takes 3 months.i always went to LBC BRANCH near to my hometown to make a follow up with this,until now i was waiting for nothing,,you have my number,i didn’t received any information regarding my request.i don’t know what happen.please cooperate regarding to this,because my request is important,,i will use it this JULY 24,2011,i hope it will be delivered before JULY 24,i was really disappointed with this,and please cooperate with this.
Being one of your regular customers here at LBC Mabalacat Pampanga Branch, may I suggest and highly recommend that you assign a security guard to this branch and to all other LBC branches especially those which are located outside malls or buildings due to the recent turn of events. I just saw in the news this evening that a remittance center in Pasig has been robbed this morning. Although the company name wasn’t mentioned, the set up of the center as seen on the CCTV camera is almost the same as the one here in LBC Mabalacat which makes me assume that it is an LBC branch. Just last month LBC Mabalacat was robbed and the lives of two of your loyal and dedicated employees were at stake. I commend them for their bravery to return to work even after what they have experienced. I am aware that your company has certain policies which are implemented in cases like this. But, may I also remind you that you also have a responsibility to protect your employees and your customers as well. It would really make us feel secure if a security guard is visible in your branches. I hope that you will take into consideration my suggestion and I would really appreciate it if due action will be taken. Thank you.
