Feb 14, 2013 I sent a balikbayan box with tracking number 1039412149. Last week of March, I received a voice mail informing me my balikbayan box was one of those subjected to customs inspection. LBC representative left a message that the delivery will be delayed from March 16 to April 16, 2013. Come to find out couple of days ago that the box was not yet at its final destination. This is a very, very, very poor customer service. Today is April 25, 2013 but no box has been delivered to its final destination.
