nagsend po ako ng document fr. singapore to philippines ito ay discount card sa gamot. sabi 3 days lang ang delivery. tinanong ko d2 sa LBC singapore kung idedeliver sa house adress sinabi nila oo idedeliver. so i was confident na idedeliver sa house address. i even wrote the number of the person to receive. after 3days sa pilipinas nd pa nila nareceive. 1 week na wala pa rin more than a week wala pa rin so no choice bumili na sila gamot without the discount card. tapos nareceive ng mother ko ang call fr. LBC manila na isinauli daw ng santiago branche yung document sa kanila. bakit naman po ganun? sana naman po tumawag din naman yung LBC santiago branche sa number ng mother ko sa pilipinas to tell that they are gonna pick it up if they were not able to deliver the document. para anu pa na i sent through air cargo hindi naman umabot ang discount card na kailangan nila to buy the medicine. Bakit naman po isinauli sa manila without even calling my mother in the province. anu po ang silbi ng number ng consignee na isinulat ko sa labas ng envelope kung hindi pala tatawagan ng staff who should have been responsible in liaising the safe delivery of the document.
