My name is Mr. Herminio Nelson P. Ragon, a call center agent of
JP Morgan Chase in Taguig. the reason why I stressed on my job, because i know
the call center industry so well that for two years, I had been an agent until I
gitpromote.
Today, unfortunately, at around 1000-10-30a.m. I called up
1200888(if I am not mistaken the Hotline for Western Union. This was given by a
courteouous lady from WS of Trininoma since it was closing time already. This
agent who intruced hislef as Albert, ID 998, is the operson I am complaining. I
gave him my dilemna that a Jr.. was added by my first cousin who gave me as a
gift yesterday(my birthday was last march 10) . So instead of my legal NAME ,
which is HERMINIO NELSON P. RAGON, he wrote Herminio P. Ragon Jr. , not thinking
of the repercussions , since it’s a surprise gift. This agent was rude, a
nd since I gave the wrong name, he said that i couldn’t retrieve my general info
which was to find out if my money was the because I gave wrong name. he didn’t
give options. I respect your rules the NAME as a sole basis of metric to verify
but he shouldn’t not have remarked this is not a guessing game. Definitely, I
was not playing with him. I deserve the money my cousin sent me because it’s
mine and it’s my birthday, and I properly identified the sender, address, tel.
no.even the amount, and most importantly we deserve quALITY SERVICE not from
fresh, rude, robotic, sounds tenyred agents. YThis is his wake up call. Last
night, I drove as fast as I acn to get the money, but i Was late . More so,I
wanted the call escalated top asupervisor because I an aware that a supervisor
has more poers to email, call or sent a message to the sender.. This is the
extra mile. This certain Albert, after 5 times of me asking for his supervisor
finally conceded. he sounded unfriendly, conceited and no empathy words
AT ALL COMING FROM HIS HEART. KNOWING MY DILEMNA, he could have pro-offered
to e-mail the sender himsel or call, or if he is not the porsiton, he sholud
have given me his spervisor instead. My saying my names(hopefully recorded, he
treated as like I am playing games). I’m a professional and a CUSTOMER, i should
just be treated fairly by this arrogant Albert NO. 998. Furthermore, he
interrupts me duraing my escalation , that’s when i blew my top, and Iiterrupts
me all the time i make a suggestion Was he trained properly? This was the start
of the day. I am sure he was not toxic yet. Even then he should not make
comments like every I speak, I argue. It’s my every right , because we are
paying you. His salary comes from the remittances.
Unfortunately, he m found a more tenured agent, and I know how
excellent cusomer satisfaction is.
Not everthing is Bad, I commend the Supervisor for actinf ASAP and
multi-tasking ion cal;ling my cousin in Los Angeles, and even e-mailed him,
while I was talking to her. Instread of thet Albert, who kept on suggesting I
call/contact my sender, since last night i informed him, I trien in vain, but
PLDT was having technical problems due to the earthquake. All i can do was
Facebook my nephew.
I am commending JC, supervisor, dayshift, WS Hotline with ID 951,
or effortlessly and smoothly, containing the situation. She soke with
professionalism and resolved my dilemna.
I would like to cooment th Booth girl at West Avenue of western
Union, Paramount Builing . Her name is Dimple Nadong, who was very pleasant and
helpful and swift to give my well-deserved cash.
Unfortunately, i recommend that Albert with ID 998 sholud undergo
training on customer service particular the manner of delivery, use of word,
evrything. he may sound goo(voive was audible0 but that’s not what a customer
needs. EXcellent Customer Satisfaction Beyong customer expectation , not a
disrespectful, arguing, literally interruoitng and makibng unnecessary
side-comments.
We have decide to go tio Paypal, where sending money is free.
Just one mistake, and you lose one customer. I informed my cousin not to send
money trhriiu WSestern Union,. It’s ironic that you extract or have a higher
processing fee, but that experience sucks!
Unhappily Ever After.
With Western Union,
Mr. Herminio Nelson P. Ragon
