12 Billion Calamity Fund Budget Approved

The 12 Billion calamity fund budget for the typhoon victims in the Philippines was already approved by the camara and the senate. This was announced in the news tonight.

There was a committee formed for the planning and disbursement of the said approved budget according to secretary Ermita and the president of the Philippines will head the committee.

The whole committee will be composed of different sectors in the Philippines to help aid the transparency of the use of funds. Early on, it is said that this will be used for the typhoon Frank victims and the typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng victims.
