Justice Renato Corona impeachment trial starts today

It’s been a couple of month now that the impeachment trial of Justice Renato Corona has been cooking. The case was filed last year and the Filipino people is yet to see the evidences of the impeachment trial set to start in a few minutes today, January 16, 2012.
I’ve heard there will be 2 choices for the outcome of the said controversial trial that pushed through from last year’s effort of different people responsible for filing the case.
The first one is that if the prosecution gets to be the first to present the evidence they have, it will be the advantage of the defense. On the other hand, the second scenario is that if the defense gets to be the first one to present their evidence, it will be the prosecution’s advantage.
