Maguindanao Massacre Update: The massacre was audio taped

Early news update today regarding the Maguindanao Massacre reveals that the said massacre was audio taped by the Mangudadatu. Esmael Mangudadatu said these words ““Police told me they have recovered the recording device”.

Mangudadatu said that he personally asked one of his sisters to slip and hide a tape recorder in her sock which allegedly had a capability to record as much as 12 days or equivalent of 288 hours. This could lead to a vital information on the mass killing of his relatives and wife.

Mangudadatu also said “I asked her to turn it on as soon as they left,” and this was revealed in an interview of Buluan town vice Mayor in DZMM radio. He also said that he did not join the convoy because of threats to his life.

While the identity of some evidences cannot be revealed, according to the police investigators, the crime scene is still on the process of mass digging. Early on the news last night, there were words from reports that the crime scene was contaminated and was not preserved as according to SOP because one of the major evidences, the backhoe was even used to digg the victims the day the crime was discovered.
