Kinondena ng Norfil Foundation ang pang-iiwan ng ina kay Baby George Francis. Nag-alok ang grupo ng tulong sa mga babaeng hindi kayang mag-aruga ng sanggol.

“’Wag ninyo naman iwan basta kung saan ang baby ninyo. Puwede namin kayong tulungan. Puwede namin kayong i-house temporarily,” ani Ma. Teresa Nuqui, executive director ng Norfil Foundation.
