PAGASA weather forecast says that new typhoon Tino threatens the Philippines as it enters our area of responsibility. It is said to be passing thorough Luzon area once more just like the recent typhoon Santi did so better prepare.

Typhoon Tino after becoming a tropical storm has gained a wind speed of 55 KPH according to the latest report of the weather bureau of Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). Above is the 9:00 PM image screenshot of Tino.
