Video of police torture in YouTube – ABS CBN TV Patrol

Short as it was, I caught a version of the police torture video of an alleged caught snatcher in Asuncion police detachement. The said detachement from which the allged torture video according to reports was handled by a certain Captain Binayug, the same man, according to witnesses interviewed who is caught in the video doing the torture to the snatcher who is not yet absolutle identified of his character.

The commission on human rights as well as other agencies of the local police in the Philippines were already trying to investigate the said police torture video and preparing possible charges on the police officers allegedly involved in the said incident as seen on the cellphone video. dapat lang yan sa mga taong holdaper tulad nya, kasi ayaw nya pumarehas kinukuha nya ang pinag hihirapan ng ibang tao tapos minsan pinapatay pa ang biktima, dapat nga sa mga yan pag nahuli isalvage na agad para di na makaulit at di pamarisan ng iba.
