NSO Birth Certificate Change Name

There are so many issues involved if you need your birth certificate change name, change middle name, date of birth, change surname and even the sex or gender. Many Filipinos have this problem (wrong spelling) with their certificate of live birth records in the National Statistics Office (NSO) or Census.

good am ask ko lang ginagamit ng anak ko ang surname ko kasi iligetemate child man sya, mula noong maliit yhanggang nag work sya , kaya lang noong kumuha kami ng nso lumabas na regested sya sa apilyedo ng kanyang father with out my consent nagpagawa pala sya ng birth at nilagay pa nya na married kami kahit hindi, hindi sya ta wla sya suporta sa anak ko, bago ang ank ko gusto nyang i change ang kanyang surname from ffather to mother, ?

hi, just wanna ask if same process lang un if khit walang error dun sa birth cert ko, i just want to change my name..?
