NSO Birth Certificate Change Name
There are so many issues involved if you need your birth certificate change name, change middle name, date of birth, change surname and even the sex or gender. Many Filipinos have this problem (wrong spelling) with their certificate of live birth records in the National Statistics Office (NSO) or Census.
NSO Birth and Marriage Certificate
If you are one of them, please make sure that you go directly to the NSO website and refer to the rules on how to correct your birth certificate name. Be sure also that you will not go with fixers and beware of them. There are plenty around. Magtatanong lang po ako kung papano ko po pwedeng ipabago ang apelyido ng mga pamangkin ko? Inabandona kasi sila ng kanyang ama at gusto ko po sana na maampon ko sila at maisunod sa apelyido ko. Possible po ba ang ninanais ko? Sana po matulungan nyo ako.
Posible po iyan ngunit mangangailangan po kayo ng abogado sa kasong iyan… May mga papeles din na hihingin at kailangan ninyong i provide tungkol sa bagay na yan dahil yan po ay nasasakop ng legal adoption process ng ating batas dito sa Philippines. Mangyari lamang po na kumunsulta sa isang lawyer at sa DSWD.
tanong ko lang po kung paano aayusin yun birth certificate ko? kasi po walang first name yung record sa NSO. Nagsubmit na po kami ng addendum dati pero ganun pa rin pag nag-request ako, wala pa ring first name…

Tanong lang ako. Sa munisipyo namin bakit hindi nila ako i-allow to get my NSO Birth certificate? My parents already undergone legitimation for me to use my father’s Family name. How much will be the expense for the annulment of my mother or is there any way to get my NSO birth certificate without using the process of annulment? it’s because my mother’s first husband (w/c means they were legally married) after a very long time did not anymore show up that’s why my mother got married legally twice. How come marriage was allowed when It’s prohibited? PLEASE ANSWER me… HELP. I have big chance to get sponsor for my Visa but my Birth Certificate is the Problem.

i just want to ask lang po regarding sa birth certificate ko kasi po i just want to use the surname of my father meron napo akong AFFIDAVIT of acknowledgement na gamitin ang surname ng papa ko may sign na rin po yun the problem is hindi pa po yun napapa process kasi po umalis po ang father ko wala po akong balita sa kanya gusto ko po sanang maayos yun as soon as possible habang hindi pa po ako grumagraduate ng college wala rin po kasi akong ginagamit na Middle intial..Please Help me namn po regarding sa dtep na kailangan kong gawin
