I got my BC online when I clicked the website http://www.birthcertificates.com.ph.
Chat online. They also have a hotline 737-1111. I think you can call that to follow up as well. My birth certificate was delivered in 3 days, in Dasama Cavite. :)

I lost the copy of my birth certificate issued by Calapan Oriental Mindoro 20 years ago. I went there personally at that time to get my copy. When I applied for an NSO copy of it in Lucena City a few days ago, they could not locate a record of my birth and was advised to go to Mindoro to verify or apply for late registration instead. My question is, how could this happen and is going to Mindoro my only option? Please advise.

Sir tanong ko lang po kasi ipinanganak po ako sa real quezon nung august 1975, pagkapanganak ko po kasi lumipat na kami ng laguna, nung mag aaply na po ako ng trabaho wala po akong birth certificate kasi binigyan po ako ng NSO ng certificate of no record nung nag inquire po ako, ang sabi din po kasi ng magulang ko wala daw akong rehistro kasi nga po liblib yung lugar at hindi rin po kasi nakapag aral yung mga magulang ko , kaya ang ginawa ko po nagpa late registration ako kung saan po ako lumaki sa cabuyao nga po iyon. samakatwid nagkaroon po ako ng rehistro at nakakuha na po ako lahat ng valid ID like SSS pag ibig gamit yung late registration ko, nag apply po ako sa abroad at nag file sa NSO ng request dun po lumabas na may rehistro pala ako sa real quezon, ano po kaya ang dapat kong gawin para maayos ko po yung mga mali kong nagawa marami pong salamat
