to : owwa phil. ask ko lang po paano ako maka avail ng education assistance para sa aking anak na mag co college. ofw po ako at ang misis mula pa noong 2006. dito sa riyadh, saan po ba kami dapat pumunta,lumapit at ano riquirments.may owwa office po ba sa lucena. marami pong salamat… sa inyong sagot..
