Just recently, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) empowered its new call center to help pool people towards a virtual answering section who attend to different calls and queries regarding PhilHealth services, benefits and problems encountered by members.

The access the call center number, dial 441-7442. Outside Metro Manila, use the area code (02). The PhilHealth call center hotline is manned by a group of ten customer relations agents, and is available weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Bakit ganyan ang sistema ng philhealth pagdting sa claim pinahihirapan na yng mga nag cle-claim! Parang pagong kng umusad!
ano po ba ang contact number sa branch ninyo sa my pres. quirino branch? or pano ko malalaman kung naactivate na ung philhealth ko. nagpasa ako online ng mga requirements. tagal na kasi.. di naman kayo macontact.
