    My sim card was blocked. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find the sim card case. I called your Customer Service. The first one was from “Tech Support” and ask me to call again and go to “Account Related”. I did, but still ask me to send an e-mail and fax you a request letter regarding my concern. I was just wondering, what is the purpose of your “CUSTOMER SERVICE”? Whether its a voice call or an on line service, if you still cannot help your customer? I am from retailing so I know how to handle customers, especially if they are having concern. May be GLOBE doesn’t really know “CUSTOMER SERVICE”! Cause you don’t know how to take care of your customers.!!!!!!!

    we reported yesterday (May 12, 2011) from the Globe SM Dasma branch that our internet was not functioning since May 5, 2011 upon paying our bills. The personnel who entertained me reconnect our line and told us to observe it within 24 hours. Doing so, my cousins ( the owner) found out that the connection were still a failure. we need your response immediately for the benefit of our family who’s in abroad right now. they need to talk thru the net ASAP.

    We are waiting our bill for the internet connection thru globe broadband for the month of May 2011. but still we cannot receive any billing or notification, supposed to be it will come on the third week of the month but it will not happened. As far as i know it is the responsible of the messanger to leave the bill with the signature of the receiver, but sometimes it happen that there’s nobody home and no one can receive the billing . I just want to confirm that our bill is already deliver or not by the month of May 2011. On my part, i experienced also that the bill is delivered late on the said due date and time that’s why we’re always in a hurry to pay that even in our busy schedule….Will you please follow up or inform the person or the messanger responsible to deliver the billing on the exact time and if there’s no one to receive, please don’t leave the billing that it will easy to lost or anybody to get this…and please be sure that the receiver is also a true person with a personal identification card or anybody that presents that he/she is a person or receiver. We’re still waiting for our internet bill for the month of May, thanks so much!

    1. every time i load like AutoLoadMax, in just few minutes it was gone and vanishes away, and consumed even if i don’t use it.:)

    i would like to confirm if it is really authorize by globe. ” a number 0917-827-23-17 called me up, with a certain call center agent name Ethel Atienza, she is offering me globe promos since she say that they are authorize by globe to call “0915” number holders for this promo. She says that i am on the priority list since i consume about 1300 worth load every month. she said that i give my name so that they could prioritize it. all i need is to send documents required, for them to pass it on to globe. the offer is not available in globe centers, sa knila lng daw. tele.priority@gmx is the suppose email add i’ll send my requirements”.

    almost 6yrs na ako as postpaid subsciber ng globe pero wala pa rin ako nkukuhang loyalty rewards from them kahit ilang beses na ako ng inquire sa knila for a unit..iba’t ibang dahilan na lang na kukuha ko sa call center agent nila..isipin naman nila 6yrs..walang nagwa ang globe management sa mga inquiry ko…buti pa people mag disconnect na lang..labo ng services ng globe pagdating sa loyal subscriber nila..mahina or minsan wala rin signal sa Montalban Rizal…

    You should not cut connect before verifying.. Our account was disconnected after paying the outstanding bill… I dont think its proper to cut line if you ar already paid. and after I will be charged for reconnection fee…

    i received a call from 0935- 272- 6974 about a phone promo since i loaded my sim for a certain amount. they told to email some requirements- 2 valid IDs and the latest payslip so they could send me a nokia unit 62_ _.

    they also sent me a text msg:

    Your globe services provided to your (loyal customerS) is very POOR, i have been waiting for my reconnection since last nigth after paying my bills made in SM NOVALICHES. The customer service had informed me that once i have paid the total amount due my line will be recoonected in 2hours time, unforntunately until now and still i can’t use my mobile to transact important matters!…..

    Your Hot line is sooooo very hot they can’t provide means of any help such as to assist customers in need of emmediate assistance…112/730100 will give you tooo much instructions to connect unfortunately you will end up instead with the GLODE COLD LINE…I’m sure my transactions with 112/7301000 have been recorded in many attemps pls check and improve your services to level up with with SUN or at least with SMART…

    I have two lines with globe since five years ago and i never missed any payment on my bills and i think i deserve a good treatment from your guys..Recently, i registered both lines to avail for iphone 4s on the website.I followed the instructions very well and even went to globe moa to follow up my registration.The customer service officer GEN was very accomodating and kind to answer all my concern and helped me me a lot on my registration to qualify and at the end on our coversation, she told me that the hotline will call me to give instructions on where to get my 2 phones.She also gave me transaction IDs to assure me of the iphone as follows…for my first line 09178370660 ..ff2e-3130 and for 09178269753.. 936c-b63d..-The following day, the hotline called but she refuses to tel her name,completed the transactions for line 09178370660 and told me that i can get my iphone on dec. 16, globe moa at 1 pm. I asked about my other line but she said, to my surprise that she cannot find the transaction even if i gave her the complete details..i told her that it is too impossible for her not to locate it since gen of moa already gave me the assurance that everything was ok..And what makes me so angry is that she told me to go back to moa and fix it myself. I begged her to call moa and ask fo Gen to enlighten her but se said i cant do it and u have to go to moa..which she thinks moa is just beside my house.I am a flight attendant for 30 years and i know what customer service is all about.The problem is the communication bet.moa and hotline, so i dont understand why do i have to suffer..To my dissappointment ,i went to moa to clarify, i talked to Gen and she was kind enough to assist me.She told me that the transaction is in the computer and its impossible for the girl in the hotline not to see it.She tried to calll the hotline no.09178620439 or 7568200, which the girl was using ….hundred times but to no one was answering..Gen apologized to me and said ,the people in d hotline are service providers,no wonder they dont know what they are talking about and did not bother to study their craft. I demand for a good explanation from you regarding my concern and if i dont hear anything, i am going to file a complaint to your superiors.

    HI, am wondering if I can talk to someone who will help me in my advocacy,as you did with PPUR, can we not raise this concern for the CDO people, help us to plant trees AROUND THE CDO AREA.. in honor of those who all died, a tree will be planted in that region each with a tag or a memorial monument bearing all their names and each tree is for them..those who want to join can join planting, those who cannot can just simply click a bumber in the case of PPUR 2681…I heart TREES movement, I heart CDO.
    this is also a long term plan, if you can formulate it sir, Mr Ayala.., let it be part of a requirement to get a job… like if you apply in Globe or a call center, one of the requirments is to plant at least 10 trees certified by DENR- or any green movement.Office so that a long TERM planting can be assured, and to help CDO and other regions recover from massive illegal avoid any more repeat of this tragedy.

    I got 2 Tattoo Globe modems for pre payed service. The last I bought one year ago but never got any service (I a residing in Biri Island, Norther Samar) as the internet speed was 0000!!!!! I checked now if the service has improved but get now when I start a message that I can’t get connected until I have registered to a network. So my question is how can I register and is the modem still valid?????

    This is to inform your good office that Its a normal thing for my globe line and internet experience of not having a connection and dial tone. Lately , for two weeks I have no dial tone AGAIN. Ive been calling globe hotline 173 and 171 to report the status of my telephone, but unfortunately, I have counted the times the recording said “thank you for calling globe, we will attend to you shortly………”. My first call, I counted the recording 28 times and no answer, the line went dead, the second call about 32 and my patience got thin. Please know how difficult for me to use the phone of my neighbors and I dont use Globe sim or any number for that matter. Last fri I went to Bacoor office to report and have a job order for my case. The person told me to wait 1 to 2 days for them to act on my problem. Today is SUNDAY, no action has been taken, no call today of whatever info for me. I am really disappointed of your service!. This is not the first time that happened, but ALWAYS. I only have sat and sundays free. Mon day thru fri I have work 8 to 5. How can you fix this problem of my telephone??

    A certain Ron of Allianz called me last Saturday to inform me that since i belong to the “list of good customers” that Globe had apparently sent them, i will have the privilege to get a post paid plan of 499 with a Samsung Galaxy Y unit for free. all i have to do is answer a few of his questions because, according to him, i don not need to provide any more requirements. I was driving, on our way to Puerto Azul so the signal was really terrible. I told him to call me again today. He was persistent to call but i had to make a background check before i answer and…i’m not surprised to discover that this was all another scam. ASSHOLES!!!

    I am subscriber of Tatoo Superstick.


    It is very convinient in my work.

    I am a manager of KCN, Internet Radio Broadcasting.

    But i have 2 problem.

    1) device power problem
    – We are using this with 24 Hrs for Broadcasting. But It used to be turn off by itself. Turning on is impossible. I can turn it on only after removal battery and power connection. It happened almost every 3-4 days.

    – I have brought it to customer service in Taytay SM once and Marikina SM 2 times. Check up and repair needed 2-3 weeks. But problem is same.
    last work order no : MRKW-2012-000000000494 (3/27-4/23)

    I could not broadcast many days because of device.

    2) internet connection

    I determined this device after checking in my office. Speed was good.
    But connection is not stable. In many case it goes down low speed. Broadcasting is almost impossible because of internet connection.


    1) I want to change globe service to landline DSL 2M

    2) I want to replace the superstick with another.

    Please help to resume our broadcating again.

      bakit marami ang nagrereklamo sa inyo pareho ng problem ko???? baka ganyan talaga ang globe mabagal???? kung hindi PROVE IT!!!! para magbayad ng bills ang mga costumers ng globe, hindi ung one time lang, pag nagpakabit, ipapaputol din kasi naiinis sa mabagal na net……. i spent 9 minutes and 47 seconds to be exact sa loading palang sa pag post ng comment……… you’re losing hundreds of you’re subscribers kung palaging ganyan ang speed service…… hindi na kayo bagong company para magkaganyan…………

Many times I were asked by the csr, they commit date and time that the line will be fix. But up to this time, NO ONE EVER COMING IN TO FIX MY CONCERN. This worried me because as much as possible I don’t want any bill left unpaid. so what I did I have to go to the globe office in SM Dasmarinas branch which is far from my place just to pay my monthly..
