My sim card was blocked. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find the sim card case. I called your Customer Service. The first one was from “Tech Support” and ask me to call again and go to “Account Related”. I did, but still ask me to send an e-mail and fax you a request letter regarding my concern. I was just wondering, what is the purpose of your “CUSTOMER SERVICE”? Whether its a voice call or an on line service, if you still cannot help your customer? I am from retailing so I know how to handle customers, especially if they are having concern. May be GLOBE doesn’t really know “CUSTOMER SERVICE”! Cause you don’t know how to take care of your customers.!!!!!!!

we reported yesterday (May 12, 2011) from the Globe SM Dasma branch that our internet was not functioning since May 5, 2011 upon paying our bills. The personnel who entertained me reconnect our line and told us to observe it within 24 hours. Doing so, my cousins ( the owner) found out that the connection were still a failure. we need your response immediately for the benefit of our family who’s in abroad right now. they need to talk thru the net ASAP.

can you pls verify my phone nmber 09158578519 if it is deactivte or actvate?evrytimeiopen it, it said that,, simcard rejection failed,,,what does it mean? i encountered it last may 8,2011, and on may 9, i reloaded it,, the retailer said that it is successful,,but i have no confirmation…still my sim card is not work properly….im here at singapore right now,,what can i do?
