We are waiting our bill for the internet connection thru globe broadband for the month of May 2011. but still we cannot receive any billing or notification, supposed to be it will come on the third week of the month but it will not happened. As far as i know it is the responsible of the messanger to leave the bill with the signature of the receiver, but sometimes it happen that there’s nobody home and no one can receive the billing . I just want to confirm that our bill is already deliver or not by the month of May 2011. On my part, i experienced also that the bill is delivered late on the said due date and time that’s why we’re always in a hurry to pay that even in our busy schedule….Will you please follow up or inform the person or the messanger responsible to deliver the billing on the exact time and if there’s no one to receive, please don’t leave the billing that it will easy to lost or anybody to get this…and please be sure that the receiver is also a true person with a personal identification card or anybody that presents that he/she is a person or receiver. We’re still waiting for our internet bill for the month of May, thanks so much!
Please fix my Globe Prepaid Sim, i encountered problems
1. every time i load like AutoLoadMax, in just few minutes it was gone and vanishes away, and consumed even if i don’t use it.:)
2. Please block all promos subscribe in my Sim Card.
or i don’t use it anymore!
