Whatever it is regarding your post-paid, pre-paid mobile internet / broadband or company services related concern, the first destination for you should be the Smart customer service phone number or hotline. If this is why you came to my blog, then that is what you will definitely get.

Mind you though that information below are subject to change without prior notice simply because I have no control over these Telcos whether they will change their hotline numbers or not or when they will decided to so please, if you are having a hard time calling the numbers below, don’t blame it on me, blame it on the Telcos or the least, try searching online for other options.     Peace!
    I would like to address this to the concern of my husband’s complains. First, many time his pre-paid load is stolen. I often heard this to many of my friends, that’s why they shifted to other network? Why is this happening? So many time it happened to my husband’s case. His # is: 639104299964. He felt discouraged already and is planning to shift to another network due to this reasons. He said it’s unfair that your are spending a lot for load and yet you can’t use it. Secondly, I have a plan contract and my #: 639209481520. I am also wondering why I always pay more or less Php 500, which I know I seldom text other networks since I avoid the extra charges. I’m having an unlimited text due to 299 plan. I am now doubting whether this unlimited plan is true or not? My husband and I are planning to change our network once I am done w/ my contract since I am not satisfied w/ the inconsistencies in your services. I am convinced w/ the good services w/ the other network. For me I am particular of one’s sincerity not only money-making. Please do something about it.     I would like to report the problem that I always in counter regarding my prepaid stolen. I buy 100php prepaid in aug 20 2012 at 10:00pm then today aug 22, 2012 at 10:30 am when I check my prepaid balance I’ve got zero balance on my prepaid…… It is very unfair to your consumer if always have this kind of problem. Actually I have plan to shift to other network. In addition to that your hotline number is very difficult to reach…. I’m sorry to say words but your service is shit!!!!!! This is my number 09289795024… I want immediate answer!!!!!

    Really pissed off with SMART!! not your smartest choice of network, They have a lot of hidden charges and registers you with fuckin’ tones, tunes, games… I even lost my airtime load without even using any data services. They get all our money and they get richer and richer by stealing!! F*CK YOU SMART!

    Registered with UNLI100 but I cannot call always disconnected. Call time available is at 1am to 9am, Tulog pa mga tao sa oras na yan 1am-5am sino kakausapin ko, peste ka SMART, sumabog sana ang mga tower ninyo! Available ang promo ninyo sa oras na wala matawagan! Mandurugas kayo, mahiya naman kayo! Meron kayo hotline busy lagi puro kayo palpak…. masunog sana ang ofis ninyo para mauwi kayo sa abo!!!!!!

    My prepaid load is always stolen…. please do an immediate action with regards to this problem… kawawa naman kaming mga consumers gumagastos na hindi man lang namin ma-enjoy ang load namin kasi nga nananakaw!

    Last march 8, 2013 friday at 11:24am i load 250.00 for mega 250 but up to now i cant use the services and i think it was stolen my cp # is 09083757754 and i cant call 888-1111 coz they want me have load until i can have this services. I need to call the complaint division which i surf and want to locate the number but they have no number for this..

    Good day! Ilang beses na po namin kayong tinatawagan tungkol sa internet connection namin. Almost 6 months na po namin kayong kinocontact and walang sumasagot sa landline and sa cellphone number niyo. Paki ayos lang po yung internet connection namin.     i have a smart pocket wifi they try to reconfigure my unit last week. but as of last monday we cannot connect to our wifi. we were always disconnected and having a difficulty on connecting to wifi even we already loaded it fo 1 week connection. here is the serial number of my unit EAN: 6934933060135
    IMEI: 866377013170175 ZTE MODEL:MF63 WIFI SSID: SmartBro_450AD4 I try to call to smart customer service hotline but they keep on asking for SRN service number. i dont have the SRN number where can i get that number so i can inquire for the problem of my pocket wifi. thank you and regards.

    i cant contact smart hotline 888-1111 especially if the input 11 digit numbers it always says insufficient load how can be able to load if i will use the smart prepaid card 100. i cant even dial 1515 for inquiry. Im pissed off i cant used outgoing call i was sometimes out of coverage area for almost 3 days…please help.
