It all started with the last 39 seconds of the basketball game and the ball is in the hands of the Talk N Text Tropang Texters. With the ball is in the hands of Jason Castro he made a shot and failed to deliver but got fouled. The foul was given by Jvee Casio which seemed a bit offtiime. Castro was put on the line for 2 shots but he failed to knock in those two shots, missing. That was the biggest miss by Castro in the free throw line with crucial poiints needed by his team as they were behind by 3 points, he failed to deliver.

After that miss by Castro, the ball landed in the hands of Sean Anthony but running on the other side of the court, he failed to bring it down. The ball was tapped but he did the last touch which gave the blue shirts another chance upon inbound on the midcourt side lane. The blue shirts (Powerade) took a 3-point shot that was attempted by none other than the point guard, Jimmy Alapag. Again, he missed this crucial shot with 1.4 seconds left in the clock. The last 1.4 seconds was the most crucial for the blue shirts on their call to take the PBA finals game 4 and bring home the bacon. On the other hand, for the Powerade Tigers, it was a do or die game they had to win at all costs.

With Jimmy Alapag missing the opportunity for 3-pointer, the time ended and the Tigers lived to play on Sunday for game 5 finals 2012. Tigers prevailed with a final score of 100-97 escaping a sweep by their rivals in the basketball court to live for another game in the PBA finals 2012. Let’s see what is in store for game 5.
