Rosebud Cooking Recipes and Quickfire
Quickfire is the official website where Rosebud a.k.a. Rosebud Benitez, the chef mom who popularized the 10-minute cooking meal recipes which gained popularity in the cooking industry here in the Philippines today much like reminding me of the 20-minute meals by Racheal Ray. Rosebud’s TV show “Quickfire” at Q is also a regular destination for those who are looking to make a quick cook in the kitchen with simple recipes that can make up your day if you are looking to cook for the family this holiday season. All her recipes are also good for everyday cooking, in fact my mom and dad never fails to watch her TV show every before lunch at Q because they like the ways and means of the wonder mom chef.
This is also a post that is dedicated to seek for her attention and hopefully see that my mom and dad are two of her fans in her everyday cooking show “Quickfire” at Q aside from other cooking shows “Chef to Go” and “Katoque”. Mom today, just finished cooking the famous 10-minute frilled porch chop using the non-stickpan they brought home from Italy two years ago. When I learned that Rosebud a.k.a. Rosebud Benitez has a restaurant, my mom got excited and dad is also looking forward to see how her restaurant looks and what is it like in her domain over at Fab Restaurant in Malate.
I wonder if I can win at least a meal for two for my mom and dad because of this short review for Rosebud? Well, just thinking about possibilities, though and nothing fancy, just some pitch letting her know that my mom and dad is looking forward to eat (free) at her resto in Malate, the “Fab Restaurant”.

Dear Ms. Rose Bud,
I love watching your show It is also one way of telling my friends that there is nothing worng in adding MSG in my food. You kow sometimes they over react but I think Ajinomoto will not last for 100 years if they knew that it is bad for our health.
Basta ako hindi completo luto ko kung walang ajinomoto.
Thank you and more power.

Hi! My daughter and I regularly watch your shows at channel 11. it’s a big help for me lalong lalo na ngayon na nagchange ng diet yung husband ko. He decided to become a vegetarian. Thanks! More power to your show.
