The DSWD travel clearance is a document issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development to a Filipino child who is still considered as a minor falling in the age bracket of below 18 years of age. The DSWD travel clearance is issued to these Filipino minors who are going to be traveling abroad either alone or with someone else other than his/her parents.

Good Day!Ask ko lang kung alin po unang kukunin?Passport po ba muna ng minor?or Travel clearance from your office bago magpa passport?If grandmother po ba ang kasama ng minor kailangan rin ng Affidavit of support and consent?If ang father po ay sa isang OFW..kailangan pa po ba ng signature nya para dun sa Affidavit of support and consent?Anak ko po ang mother ng minor at sa akin po sila nakatirang mag ina.
