Even if I have given tips on how to visit the official DSWD website on this blog, still, there were lots of visitors asking where to find their homepage site. And so, to enlighten those who are having a hard time finding it, I decided to make a short post that features it.

If you are looking for the DSWD site, you can visit them here – http://www.dswd.gov.ph/. On the other hand if you want to know how to get there, I should say it depends on what office branch you want to see. They have offices in Manila, Cavite, Caloocan, Bulacan and more, so if you are interested to find out those DSWD branches, just visit the site I featured above.

If by any chance you are going to DSWD manila branch, I suggest that you either use Google maps to find it (like I did) or go through my directions on how to get there below.

How to Get to DSWD Manila (NCR):

The exact location address of the DSWD office in Manila is in the address, 389 Legarda Street, corner San Rafael Street. The director of DSWD in region IV is Ma. Alicia S. Bonoan while if you want to send them an inquiry email, you can reach them at their official email address at foncr@dswd.gov.ph. Hotline numbers are 734 8635 / 488 2861 / text hotline is 0905 3862448 / 0947 7270145. With these contact details, you can initially ask what are the requirements for application of travel clearance for minors.

In the meantime, if you want to get a travel clearance for minors, please download first the application form. I will also be posting a download link on a follow up post that highlights my experience with DSWD travel clearance for minors application when my daughter went to Japan last April 20, 2012. Day care Center under Teacher Verna Ordonez nasa Daycare2.

Kasi muntik na niyang itakas ang anak niya without knowing her partner and she decided to go their house in batangas City I’m the one who caught her, and i asked her,”Where are you going, then she replied anywhere, pero di sa bahay, iniwan niya po ang anak niya sa bahay nmin na may letter pa na ginawa sa stasyon ng pulisya dito sa MIndoro, After noon pumunta po siya sa DSWD batangas to claim her child and they went again here in mindoro together wiht her mother and a barangay captain. they went to DSWD mindoro socorro to discuss some issues. then DSwd ask her if she stay here in mindoro or not. she said no, she rather to stay there in BATANGAs. afterwards, when she visited her child in our house she said she wants to stay here together with my brother the father of her child.(They are not married). and after a few weeks she texted her mother para kaunin dto sa amin. Kasama ng mother niya ay yung four years daw sa DSWD and her husband is a Captain or what in their place.
then after a month they got a certification. (her mother has no job, she just a cobrador ng weteng isinasama pa ang bata, ang ama niya po igh mangingisda kung walang huli wala po pagkain, siya po ay walang trabaho at walang sariling disisyon sa nanay lang niya dumedepende at tanging ang kuya ko lang po ang naga tarabaho sa kanila for two years na sa puder nila ang aking brother.and they place…So we’re just curios
