GSIS Housing Loan
The Government Service Insurance System or GSIS loans extend up to those members who are looking to avail of the GSIS housing loan. If you are a member and would pass in the initial requirements of the GSIS to be included in their housing program, you may avail of this privilege.
According to the GSIS website, they are right now promoting their low interest rate program for members looking to avail of the GSIS housing loan. Their SAIS is helping that come true (read more at the official website of the GSIS – gsis.gov.ph). Interest rates are only set at 6% per year.
The GMS HelpS program also helps members looking for a housing loan to buy pre-owned house and lot but this time, in an easier process and requirement system. This is also available through their GSIS properties for sale. Renovation and repair programs are also available.
Bahay Ko Program of the GSIS on the other hand gives way for members planning to buy house and lot, condominium unit or townhouse. This program is also good for house renovation.
