The Land Registration Authority (LRA) website tips may be found here – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Land_Registration_Authority_(Philippines). I came to blog about the LRA because I need some information about the registry of deeds and the different market value price of commercial and residential land. We actually need information on how much the price of lot or land is in Caloocan City. I know for a fact that each city in the Philippines had their own guidelines in pricing of lots. Unluckily, I was saddened that I can’t find any website for the LRA.

Found info in Wikipedia but not much information. There is also no website for the Registry of Deeds in Philippines. The government might be overlooking on this basic needs by the people of the Philippines.

    Likewise because I was surprised to know when I tried to verify my land title with their local office only to discover that said has been issued a title on a latter date to another individual without my knowledge of any surveys conducted and it included my own property.

    my complaint or reported incident involving the title swapping at the City Hall of Parañaque that referred to you by the Office of the Vice-President
    last April 25, 2011.

    Due to a lot of things arises on the case I couldn’t immediately act on
    your request to coordinate or even make a call with the Inspection and Investigation Division of the Land Registration Authority.

    Finally, I decided to verify first of this letter that I received last 21 June 2011
    if it is genuine or not because computerized original documents can easily produce by anyone. Attached is a copy of the letter.

    Good day! can you help me find the history of this lot# 398 located at lo-oc lapu-lapu city also known as . It’s own by Bernardo Dungog my great grandparents bought the lot and in our deed of sale the land title number is 15542-0 but the children of bernardo they said the lot don’t has a land title that’s why they filed petition for the title we just after they get the land title. My question why they are able to get a land title to think that the lot already has but we can’t prove it because we don’t have the copy of the original land title but my aunt is very sure that it’s has a title that’s the one written on our deed of sale 15542-0.We inquired in lapu-lapu register of deeds this certificate title number own by someone else but it’s 15542 only no -0 is it they same?and the lot number id different and also the location. please help us we just want to know the truth if the lot 398 has a title before 15542-0.

    Hello please help me prove if Pcn 07-000281 in Proclamation Act 1681 declaring parcels of land private in Maribago Mactan Cebu as tourism economic zone. I am from Cebu and the LMS of Region VII does not have plan on record. I want to know how this became approved or if it is not . I beleive that this plan could be a fraud. Please help me.
