Pag Ibig Calamity Loan Form and Requirements

According to the Pag Ibig Fund Philippines official website, in order to file for a calamity loan, you will have to fill up the Pag Ibig calamity loan form – FLS020. You can download the PDF format of this loan form at their website – http://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/.
With regards to your question on what are the requirements for filing and application for calamity loan, I have below a few basic on my list. First, you have to live in any of the areas declared to have been striken by the calamity (typhoon Ondoy). Second is that you must have paid at least 24 months of remittance to Pag Ibig Fund. Third is that you should be actively paying your monthly contributions.
