I was wondering what will be the best move if the hospital insist that they will be the one to process for my refund. I believe it should be my employer… what will I do if the hospital will not provide the information to comply the CF2 or any documents necessary for the refund?

I will be frank and right to the point. My Name is Rosana Rowansi (member# 07-025486914-5). On Aug. 20th I was admitted to hospital for sugery and released on August 24th. During the release process I did not have all the the required documents, so it was necessary for me to make a direct payment for the full amount. A waiver was issued by my health care provider at that time. I later found and provided all necessary documents and took them and all other pertinent information to the PhilHealth office in Olongapo, for review and processing. This was on August 26th, 2010. I knew that my claim would acted upon within 60 calender days. So I waited till Nov.15, 2010 to contact the Olongapo office via phone. I spoke with Arman, who told me that my claim was ‘pending”. He stated that “a letter had been mailed to me, which would explain the problem.” I had him verify my mailing address, as I had received no letter from PhilHealth to date. He stated he couldn’t tell me anything else and to wait on the letter.
Two weeks later, on Nov. 30th I called again and again spoke with Arman. I told him I had not received any letter from PhilHealth and asked where the letter originated? He said, “San Fernado”. I told him that I couldn’t beleive that a letter from SanFernado would take 2 weeks, and he said, ” I should ask the post office’???
Well..I expected alitle more Customer Service assistance from him and PhilHealth. Maybe for example…Well Mam I’ll check with our SanFernado office and see exactly when and how they mailed it..or….for example.. let me get your email address and we can email the papers to you.
Instead I got a …”just wait” ..wait for what?? It is obvious to me and must people I know that it doesn’t take 2 weeks + for a letter to travel from SanFernado to Olongapo, even in the Philippines…it’s lost. I could walk to SanFernado and back in less than 2 weeks. I know your organization has to be capable of providing better service to its customers than this….this must be an isolated case dba. Looking forward to your response as soon as possible. Thx..Rosana F. Rowansi

i just want to suggest for convenience of all the members at pr hassle free. can philhealth make it online so that once the member wants to avail the benefits d n kami mahihirapan p n magproduce ng documents, pag nakita online n good payer k at active member k no need to present sangkatutak n documents tapos pahihirapan k p n pabalik balikin, binabayaran naman natin yun bkit kailangan p napahirapan ang member.
as what i’ve experienced recently, my daughter was confined, i do not have my document to present co’z its an emergency case, wl nmn akong mauutusan pr pumunta p ng philhealth pr kumuha ng records ko at proof of payment, i mean if it is online sn pag nakita nila n nagbabayad k nmn monthly enough proof n sn yun pr ma avail mo yung benefits.
sino b nmn ang gusto magkasakit at mahospital tapos pahihirapan k p bago mo ma avail, n dapat once you presented your card and after checking it online pwede mo n sya gamitin dhil binabayaran mo nmn sya. hindi yung pahihirapan k p at pababalik balikin.

My name is ELISEO A. REFALDA JR. My PHI ID No. is O1- 02502l686-l. On Dec. o6, 20l0 I filed with PHI-NCR in Pasig my claim for reimbursement of my hemodialysis expenses. The claim is amply supported with the necessary supporting papers and receipted by that office. The receipted copy says within 45 days. Since it is more than seventy days now since its filing, I wonder if I could be informed now ot iits present status?I would appreciate receiving an early reply. Thank you.

I would like to ask when can i get my refund nagkasakit kasi ang baby ko last june 30 pa sa PGH at may refund ako sabi ng PGH wait ko ang letter galing po sa philhealth until now wala pa ako narerecieved 4 to 6 mos daw po yon its almost 8mos already.

@Antonio: PhilHealth has service offices in IMUS located at MYP GBY Philippine Corp. Bldg. Gen Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Bayan Luma 7, Imus Cavite and the Trece Martires Service Office at Governor’s Drive, Brgy. San Agustin, Trece Martires Cavite… Hope that helps
@Renato: PhilHealth now has a call center and you can inquire your PIN there or through your employer. You may also request for a replacement of your PhilHealth number card, just tell them you wish to get your PhilHealth ID Card (PIC) as your previous card was lost.

Panay paasa na lang ba philhealth? On mar. 14, 2011, I filed my reimbursement of medicine at philhealth jose reyes hospital, I said, “kailan po ba mare reimbuse claim ko? ” They said in 3 months. I said, “wala po bng way na mapabilis ito?” They said no. I waited for 3 months & called 4417442 philhealth hotline. They said that you can call nxt week. I called on that week then the operator said you can call after a week again. I called on that week again & another operator said that It will take a month. “ANO BA TALAGA!”

1.may bayad po ba ang processing ng application form?
2.magkano po ang premium ng may limang minor child?
3.saan po pwedeng mag apply to be a member particularly in Bataan.?
4.Farmer po kami walang pirmihang kita kaya po kaya namin ang premium.?

Sa ganitong kaso po ay kailangan nyo talagang pumunta sa nearest PhilHealth branch and secure first an affidavit of loss duly notarized which is a standard requirement if you lose any document or ID po.

1) bakit ang philheath tarlac branch ay dami hinihinging documents sa pagkuha ng MDR? pag mag request ba ng MDR ay kelangan pa ng marriage certificate at civil registry certificate? diba dapat philhealth ID lang? please answer my query po…….many thanks.
