Marvin Sonsona Retains WBO Crown Over Hernandez

The fight is over and the result of the fight is that Marvelous Marvin Sonsona just won another fight even if it was a split draw. With split draw decision by the judges, the champion in a championship fight gets to retain his belt which means that Sonsona still wins it. Sad thing is that since Sonsona did not make it to the weight limit when the weigh in came, he still looses the championship belt and will have to move in weight class. WBO belt is now vacant.

Hernandez, at the end of the announcement of the decision was nodding and shaking his head left to right trying to show his dismay on the judges decision. This is the second title shot of Alejandro Hernandez that he is not able to take home the championship belt.
