State Of the Nation Address 2011: July 25, 2011 will mark the 2nd SONA live stream of PNoy, President Benigno Aquino III. The whole Philippines will be watching out for the live coverage of this once in a lifetime event in history. Here is where P-Noy will update the Filipino people with where the government is now with respect to the promises and achievements as well as the plans for the people.
