2009 Bar Exam Philippines in DLSU

The 4-day agony scheduled 2009 Bar Examination for lawyer graduates is happening in De La Salle University Taft Avenue, Manila this month. The said supreme court administered Bar Exams started today September 6, 2009 and succeeding dates will be 13, 20 and 27 respectively for the same month of September, 2009.
There were a total of 6, 080 graduates from different law schools all over the Philippines who took the bar exam which is happening on 4 Sundays according to the news today. Subjects expected to be taken in the bar exams include the following:
- Labor and Social Legislation
- Civil Law
- Remedial Law
- Taxation
- Mercantile Law
- Legal Ethics
- Practical Law
- Political and International Law
- Criminal La
The official PRC Bar Exam result is expected to be out in the first quarter of 2010, most possibly April.

Sorry po kasi wala pong nakakaalam ng database ng bar exam takers for this year except for the supreme court and it is not revealed, only in the results and only those who were able to pass. this 2009.

Bar exam is not being handled by the PRC. It is the Supreme court of the Philippines who administer the bar exam. So it is wrong to say the “The official PRC Bar Exam result is expected to be out in the first quarter of 2010, most possibly April”. Lawyers do not need license from the PRC anyway,
Also it is wrong to say “Subjects expected to be taken in the bar exams include the following”, because all the subjects you mentioned are always the subject of the bar exams.

for your info, these are the subjects of the bar exams every sunday of september (morning and afternoon)
first sunday political law and labor law
second sunday civil law and taxation law
third sunday mercantile law and criminal law
fourth sunday remedial law and legal ethics

who says that there is this “practical law” subject in the bar exam? you are not giving accurate information to the public.

For the benefit of the public, I think bar exam takers are being published once in the Manila Bulleten for the people to know…it is not true that only the supreme court knows who are to take the exam.
